Morgan Stanley volunteer programs with SOS kids

This week, SOS Children’s Villages and the Volunteers of Morgan Stanley have had two programs. I would like to give you some feedback about these events.

On Monday afternoon more than 30 kids from all three villages and young adults from SOS Youth Houses participated in the programs Morgan Stanley Budapest organized in the office. The little guests received information about what the adults exactly do in this big company full of computers and high tech lecture rooms. They produced a few creative finger puppets in the craftwork room, played really hard to be the best at the quiz and relaxed at the community area after walking around the labyrinth of the offices.

On Wednesday, we celebrated Hermann Gmeiner’s Day, in Kecskemét all together with more than 20 volunteers. We played joyful ball games and there were series of engaging activities in the premises of the SOS Children Villages. I felt that your staff members truly gave loving attention to the children, and experienced the importance of their presence as well. I believe this day left a lasting memory for both the kids and the volunteers.
